A special award for the passionate film buff. This is a web based award given to the person who watches the maximum number of films at CIFF and gives his own personalized account of the films watched, not exceeding 100 words. Venues Of CIFF 2010

The films will be screened in three centrally situated venues in Chennai City.Two screens in Royapettah at Woodlands and Woodlands Symphony,
One screen at INOX in the popular City Centre Mall on Radakrishnan Salai that leads to the famous Marina beach. One screen at the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce situated on the arterial main road of Chennai City- Anna Salai, near Gemini Flyover.

S Nandagopal of Cholamandalam Artist Village and cash prize.The best Tamil Feature film in competition Second Best Feature film in competition Best Director Special Jury Award for individual excellence.Special Jury Award for the best independent film carrying a cash prize for the producer and director.
